      I leased a Cadillac XT 6 in April 2024. While driving home I noticed there were 123 miles on the odometer. The interior A-Post was dirty from someone's hands. I inquired the next day way no one ever informed me either the sales manger nor the financial manger about the miles on the car. They told me the next day it was driven from another dealership. If you draw a circle around the dealership that car was in a dealership outside ********. Any way the car is not even 3 weeks old, and my wife is in traffic and the car ceases to move. The transmission would not shift. The very next day the car was towed to the dealership with only 453 miles. I had to wait patiently for 6 days to receive a loaner. That was May 20th and the car still sits there as of today. I have contacted the dealership with no return calls. I contacted ** and they have someone now involved in the case. As of today not one person from the dealership has given me a courtesy call or a progress call in regards to my vehicle. I spoke to the ** representative and she advised me they are waiting on parts and refuse to install a new transmission in the vehicle. I asked for either a complete refund or a new vehicle and was denied. Pretty sad, they take your money make a sale and refuse to provide customer service. Shame on this establishment. I wonder if someone either leased or purchased the vehicle, had transmission issues, refused to accept it andhey push the vehicle off on me. In today's world I wouldn't doubt it.

      Its been 3 months and we didnt get our car back yet,Service is really bad August 11 My husband drove his TLC car and dropped off to Sarant Cadillac to get fixed for very minor repairs the car was shaking a little.they said we will call you next week when its ready next week never come every week they said next week now the end of October and nothing yet They messed up the car trying make more money and more labor hours to change the warranty and now they need to change the whole engine.my husband lost a lot of money because thats his work car and he didnt work because of them , and thats so sad my husband has to pay 3 months of car payments,3 car insurance,3mortgage and all expenses as hes a father of 4 kids

      Amazing dealership! Ive gotten my last 3 vehicles from Sarant Cadillac and they just seem to get better and better. From the **************** to the ******************* everyone in this place truly makes you feel like a part of the family. These guys really know the meaning of what Cadillac stands for. I will be a loyal client for life.

      Purchased several cars from this dealer of the past few years. Worked with a Sale/Leasing Consultant ****. We ordered a Escalade from her in April, and she had advised me it would be ready in May. Here we are, coming up on August. She is unresponsive. Doesn't return my calls, voicemails, or emails. I try to reach out to the dealers sales manager, every time i ask to speak with him he is either with a customer or not available. They have a deposit which is not a small amount on this particular car. I find it ridiculous that they have the nerve to take peoples money, promise them a car, and don't even car to respond when I simply would like an update on the status of the vehicle I'm purchasing. This is 4 weeks now I've been trying to get a hold of someone to give me some kind of answers.

      Hello my name is *************************** I have Had So Manny problems With This Cadillac is No Joke My Escalade Have Being In the Service 4 times in with one they Damage The Door Panel Nd They Didn't Fix it And When We Told Them *********************** Told Me that was Nothing Nothing this is a $100.000 dollar suv and his not paying for it he told me i was a woman and we where complicated i told him ok and Call Dealer And i was totally ignore now my car engine is knocking had to send the vehicle in a flat bed the engine is no good have the car for a week went to pick it up and door panel wast worst the gave me the keys told me here is your car no explanation on what was done whatsoever Went inspected the car was not happy with the work done so i went back to the service desk and ask for my paper work back so the lady call the service director *********************** and he will not give my paper work back instead he told me this is what you want i told him yes and he reap the papers in front of my face scream at me and treated my like Garbage this is unacceptable and i will go to court he needs to be fire and and i want my car to be brought back from them this vehicle is not safe
