  I took my truck to ******* for a transmission rebuild, which he did in may of 2021 . However, due to subsequent slipping, I had to take the truck back four times, and still, the transmission is slipping. The last time I took it to him, he held it for 2 weeks and got the truck back the same way I gave it to him. He stated that he took the transmission down and opened it up again, but ironically, the drops of paint I put on the bolts of the transmission pan were undisturbed. I'm not happy with the work done and will never let him work on any of my trucks again. He claims that the valve body has to learn the driver. I've driven **** miles since the initial rebuild, and it hasnt learned yet. At this point I do not thrust his work and my truck in his hands.

   I WILL REFUND ALL HIS MONEY AT THIS POINT EVERY ONE HAS DRIVEN THIS TRUCK AND HE IS THE ONLY ONE THAT FELLS IT AS FAR AS PAINT ON BOLTS JUST ANOTHER ISSUE HE PROJECTS PLEASE IN FORM HIM TO CONTACT SHOP OR BETTER YET HAVE UNCLE CALL US WE DO NOT WANT TO WORK ON ANY OF HIS CARS ANY MORE INCLUDING HILL TOP

  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

  I want him to mail me the check to ** **** *** ******** ** ***** to avoid any future conflict. Last I was there as much as he says that all his workers drove the truck and felt nothing. But at the time when I went there he refused to take a ride to feel the slip in the 
  Transmission even though I was with an opponent. 

   

  I’ll take the truck to whoever he wants me to to get it certified that second gear is slipping. Any trans shop he wants me to take it besides his.
