I spoke with *************************** back in September, seeking a loan to purchase a home. ****** pre approved me and then had me find a house, put down a contract and then come back to tell me that he could not get my loan approved. After speaking with my agent and doing a contingency plan, of Cleaning My Credit (THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS LATER), I got another go ahead for the loan. ****** ordered the VA Inspection, it came back with repairs needed. I paid to have those repairs done, and have been waiting for 3 weeks for a reinspection to be done, and it has not been ordered, nor does ****** give an update on the situation. I have my things stored in the property under the understanding that this loan would close by Dec 10th. Well, as of today, we do not have a closing date in sight, and have not heard one word from ******. I am a Disabled Veteran, and I assure you I am reporting this to every agency and platform that will listen. I am going to make sure that EVERY entity knows that your company or the people that you employ to represent your company may not be as willing to work as one would hope when trying to purchase a home. My husband and I are now inconvenienced because it seems that your representative does not care about our situation and that is unacceptable, irresponsible, and unappreciated.
