Had 2 dental implants put in on November 17 2022 and I have $2500 allowance a year in benefits, the office put service date of January 9 2023 using all my yearly allowance for 2023, note, I have not been in the office in 2023, I called them and complained and they are giving me the run around since they collected almost $2300 dollars and I dont feel they want to return the money back to met life insurance, I want them to put the actual date of service which was November 17 2022 and use the $870 dollars I had left on my insurance for 2022, what they did is illegal.Business response

We do apologize for this miscommunication and this error. When this error was brought to our attention, we had instantly called ***************** and had sent out all necessary paperwork to rectify the issue. We have all necessary paperwork to prove that we have sent in all the paperwork. We are as of still waiting on your insurance to get back to us on what the next steps are. The person who had done our billing before is unfortunately no longer working with us, but we do yet agree that this is a serious matter, and we are on top of it. Thank you again for your constructive criticism, and we are using this matter to make sure this does not happen again.
