I have a subscription set up with peach and **** for a their lazy day moisturizing pad product. When signing up you are signing up to receive a discount and free shipping on each shipment. All of my orders have been shipped free until my shipment on 12/18/23. I reached out to their customer service and received a refund for the $6 shipping charge. Then my automatic order went through on 4/18/24 and I was once again charged for shipping. I reached out to customer service again and no response. It has now been over a week and i have sent 5 emails and received no response. The terms for subscribe and save orders specifically states free shipping on these orders and they are now charging me $6 for shipping. This is not okay and they are ignoring all of my emails about the issue. I need to be refunded the shipping and my subscription needs to be fixed to stop charging me for shipping.Business response

I was charged $319.86 by Peach & Lily on April 21, 2024, despite neither placing an order nor giving any of my financial information. When I received an email notification about my "order" and reached out to their customer service department for help, I received an automated email response claiming that they "are unable to cancel any orders once they have been placed." I sent a follow-up email stating that if I did not hear back regarding cancellation and refund within the afternoon, I would dispute the charge through my credit card company, ********************* and file a complaint with BBB regarding Peach & Lily making unauthorized orders as well as failing to publicly disclose in any way their claimed inability to cancel orders. In addition, I believe the latter to be a false claim, as the cancellation of orders is a basic and necessary function for any business. I have now completed both steps of my response as I stated I would.Business response

I made my purchase with the company on December 10, 2023 for a total of $74.80. The products were delivered quickly on December 13, 2023. I used their products and had a bad reaction which I considered an unfortunate but personal reaction for everyone is different and these products simply didn't work for me. In a more detailed description of my reaction it's like a chemical burn. My face turned red, burned severely, swelled up, and then all of the skin peeled and flaked for days. I reached out to the company via email and was given a return label to return products. They said that once the products were received, they would email me a confirmation and a refund would be given within 3-5 business days. I had tracking on the return and it did make it to the return facility and was signed for there. I never received a confirmation from them and even with repeated attempts to communicate through email, I have been completely ignored and weeks after they have received the products, I haven't heard from them nor have they responded to any of my attempts to resolve this issue. I can attached emails, order number, copy of ***** confirmation of delivery and more.Business response
