    The delivery driver delivered my package, and 3 minutes later stole it. I reached out to **** about it, but they will not give me an answer. I will be filing a police report.

    Terrible company and unprofessional delivery drivers. Company needs to be shut down immediately. They dont deliver the packages and then blame the customer about an invalid address.

    Absolutely terrible. Delivery driver took a photo of my building, and delivered to a different unknown building, instead of using keypad to dial for building access. The resolution to resolve this issue is to wait 5-10 business days. Considering the packages are Christmas gifts, that is unacceptable.

    They delivered to wrong house, had to prove my house. The serious issue was the driver was texting me to lie and say I got packages. Multiple texts harassing me. Company doesn't care. No email no calls about this issue. **** this isn't company delivery they are horrible!!!

    Received a scam text saying a package was delivered. I did not ship anything with GoFo Express. I was looking at my front door when they text came in and can easily see all traffic going by in front of my house. This delivery did not exist, and no package was delivered. Stating this for informational reasons for the BBB only.

    Delivered to the wrong address. The photo CLEARLY shows the wrong address. Called and got an off shore call center and telling me the investigation would take anywhere between 5 -10 business days to complete. Extremely unhelpful. State district attorneys need to go after this scam of a company. It sounds from the different experiences people have had with them they are definitely not legitimate.

    My experience with GoFo Express was nothing short of appalling. The customer service agent was openly rude, condescending, and dismissive. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, he refused - claiming no one was above him and that there was no further information ************ make matters worse, the company could not even verify whether the delivery date they provided was accurate. When I pressed for clarification, the representative abruptly hung up on ***** customer should ever be treated this way. This company operates without accountability, professionalism, or basic respect for the people they serve. Its deeply concerning that reputable sellers would partner with such an unreliable carrier.GoFoExpress cannot be trusted. BEWARE and AVOID at all costs. A two-minute ****** search could prevent others from being misled by their false promises and poor service.

    ********** for this company. I have had 2 orders places that use them as a shipping company. The items get put in hold and never delivered to me. This last order is still with them for day 4 now with no movement. They keep sending me text stating my address is invalid. Which it is not. I live in an apartment and have never had issues. However they are telling they can not find the address in ****** MAPS. The link they send to verify my address will not allow mw to type in my address. Non of the representatives speak English, so it is very hard to make out what they are saying and they have ZERO customer service skills. Was hung up on several times. Frustrating beyond words. THE **********************.

    I was notified that my package was out for delivery on November 29. It never arrived. When I contacted customer service I was told that they cannot give me an exact date when the package will be delivered

    Gofo express is literally one of the worst delivery companies to ever exist. I have had packages delivered to me from them before, but for whatever reason this recent order I made, they said there is an issue with my address and my package is being held. Ive called customer service TWICE and they say ok it is approved for redelivery, let us know if it hasnt appeared in three days and clearly it hasnt been delivered yet and its been over a week and a half. And everytime I call I get the same response and solution from them. Im convinced theyre just stealing packages at this point.
