      Date of transaction 3/3/23 The amount $ ***** I have left numerous e mails and messages. The package has not been scanned by the post office which means its never left the warehouse. They charged my credit card the day it was ordered. Order #***** Tracking #*************************. I want what was ordered or a refund.

      I ordered A bag from them - after three weeks (after charging my Amex) of not receiving I emailed Them to cancel. No response so I refused the package. They then tell me that the tracking number is not consistent with the item. After another two weeks they finally locate the bag. Still no refund. I had To email every day for two weeks until they agreed to refund my money, except they charged a 15% restocking fee for THEIR mistake. They are not answering my emails.

      We hope you had a great day! We thought it would be best to let go of that concern and make things right with our valued customer. For the $38 restocking fee which was mentioned in one of your messages sent earlier this week; after some checking on behalf (and thanks again) payment has already been reversed from your bank account as promised- so all good here :) Please find attached proof pictures showing both transactions gone through successfully.

      We have been working to address your concerns and we will continue doing so in the future.

      We ordered two different helmets from this company. They dont fit and all we wanted to do is return them for different sizes. Weve made several phone call, emails and texts. Out of 20 times, they have responded 4 times asking for order numbers. We give them the order numbers and then no follow up response. Weve spent over $300 for these helmets and cant use them.

      I order a vest and goggles from this company. Both arrived but were horrible quality and not fit to the measurements suggested. They stated their refund policy was to email for refund directions. Over the past month I have emailed 4 time and called with no reply. Im looking for my refund. But nobody will help me.
