We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Preorders can be canceled up to 24 hours after order processing.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Return Policy
All in-stock sales are final after 24 hours. if there is a mistake with your order, please contact [email protected] and we will replace your item at no additional cost. You will be required to submit a photo of the incorrect item(s), in order to be eligible for a return.

WHAT DOES PRE-ORDERING MEAN?
When the distributors and manufacturers that Sweet Baby Collectibles work with obtain licensing and develop new designs, they give retailers (like Sweet Baby Collectibles) a full description of the item allowing us to begin accepting pre-orders for these products. This full description has full product images, product information, and pricing, which we then use to list the item for sale, giving you the earliest opportunity to secure items for your collection.
What is the benefit of pre-ordering?
Limited, exclusive, and popular designs often sell-out as soon as they are listed for sale. With pre-ordering through Sweet Baby Collectibles, you are securing one of these fast-selling items, even if they sell-out. Through pre-ordering, you are placing your order ahead of the release and will be the first to receive your items as soon as we get them into stock. If you’re serious about collecting, this is a great way to ensure you get what you’re after.   
When can I expect to receive my pre-ordered items?
Sometimes there are very long wait times due to delays in production from the manufacturer. The availability dates posted at Sweet Baby Collectibles are also subject to change based on when our distributors release them and ship to our warehouse. There can be delays and production limitations out of our control. If you have placed a pre-order and have any questions on when it may arrive, please reach out to customer service at [email protected] and we will provide an update on your order.
When will I be charged for my pre-ordered items?
All Pre-Orders are charged at the time of purchase.
I would like to cancel my pre-order for a refund. How do I cancel?
If you have placed an order for pre-Ordered items, you may cancel for a full refund within 48-hours of purchase. Any cancellation made after this period will result in a 20% cancellation fee (no exclusions.)
