I hired Housekeeping *** for a deep cleaning of my studio apartment. They left my bathroom tiles, walls, floor and outside bathtub dirty.They deep cleaned my refrigerator, bathroom sink, studio floor was vacuumed and cleaned also they polished my desk, cleaned the toilet and polished the top of my bureau The cleaning lady didnt not clean well the kitchen floor and bathroom floor and the books and bookcase were not polished and underneath my bed was not cleaned. I payed $150 plus $20 tip for a deep cleaning I had the cleaning done on April 25,2023 and hand surgery on April 26, 2023 and returned to my apartment on April 28,2023 and thats when I noticed my apartment was not deep cleaned as promised. Before the cleaning lady left I looked at the refrigerator and main floor and saw it was very cleaned and I assumed the rest of the apartment was spotless, but I was wrong. I was in hurry for her to leave so I could attend a very important zoom meeting I contacted the manager **** on May 1,2023. I informed her of my dissatisfaction of the cleaning and she told me the cleaning lady doesnt cheat and is an excellent worker and it being almost a week after the actual cleaning that it was too late for her to do anything about it. I have payed a lot less money for extremely better cleaning services I am upset and was taken advantage of. I want to complain that Housekeeping *** is a fraudulent cleaning service company
