On 9/23/2022, I was billed for lab work that was ordered by The Women's Health Pavilion in ********* ** by *********** Lab. I received several bills: one for $1,060.32 (9/23/2022) and another one for $427.55. I paid the bill for $1,060.32 on my HSA mastercard at that time. I was then told by The Women's Health Paviion that I didn't need to. They said they would take responsibility for getting my refund. Month after month since then I've been emailing and have been getting the same story that a refund will be issued the following week. It has been nearly a year and I have no alternative but to file a complaint. I tried to resolve this with my HSA provider (Trion) but since the window to request a refund directly with them had lapsed, they could not do anything to help me.Customer response
