I am a School Social worker looking to apply for an apartment at one of their properties. When calling to inquire about ********************************* *************** apartments, the manager refused to answer questions. He deferred me to their website. Their process to be considered for an apartment is to run your credit and application first before showing you an apartment. When I asked him why, he simply stated, if this process is not for you, it's okay and said have a good day and hung up the phone. He did not treat me with respect and did not answer my questions as my concern is simply to understand why would I apply for an apartment that I have not seen before. He was dismissive and impolite- not conducive to the community that he serves.
