On 9-6-2022 I paid a final bill, which had the foot custom orthotic on $145 for each $290 for both. On 10-25-2022 the Empire plan send me a copy which paid for the foot orthotic $290. On 11-16-2022 I send the chiropractic office a letter asking for the $290 back that I had paid. I got no reply.. IN the middle of Dec I called. The person I talk with said they would send a check. No check.
In the beginning of Jan I called again, the person said they would send a check. She would call back in a week to let me know. No call back and no money at this time 1-23-2023.
