My jeep was towed into Ron's Service Station Friday, December 2th. When they took my vehicle I was told it would be $150 towing fee. I was never told the daily storage fee, or given any information pertaining to my vehicles towing or storage. When I called to inquire about said vehicle, the receptionist was very rude, told me the towing was $265, the storage was $75/day. When I had questioned her about the towing fee being $150 rather than $265 she responded by saying "you people need to figure out what you're doing with it and stop bothering me!" And hung up the phone. It was the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced and I am appalled by the price difference from the estimate I was originally given.Business response

The vehicle was towed to us due to the consumer not having insurance on the vehicle. The bill was not paid by the consumer, sister paid the bill for the mother who is the owner of the vehicle. We no longer have the vehicle at our site. This complaint is invalid.
