I am sadden to say that this "Construction Company" did a number on this US Veteran. I hired Zotinis Construction to complete a renovation job on my house during the Summer of 2022. The job was to take approximately three months to complete. I understood that the time line could change but, was guaranteed that the latest I would be in my home was December of 2022. The contractor even took time out to introduce to me to a company named SECURETECH System which advertised itself as a Surveillance, Alarms, Access Control etc. What he(contractor) did not tell me was that this company was not licensed to monitor Alarms system. (that's another story)The job was delayed for sometime because the contractor failed to order materials in a timely manner. Every time questions were asked by me as to the status of the job, he would finger point and blame everyone else for the issues that were causing the delays. He never took responsibility. This guy even used unlicensed plumbers which cost me thousands of dollars in repairs. As the job progressed I learned that he had been sued prior in Nassau County under Index# ***********, this was truly disturbing. I also learned that the excuses he had used with me were not new and that he had used them in three prior occasions with other customers. I wished I would have known this prior!Another sad fact is that he was horrible in paying the sub contractors that were used. I know this because they informed me so and I received a lien notice on my house because he failed to pay thousands of dollars to a vendor. Sad! Please don't get con by the videos on their social media accounts!The bottom line is stay away and do your research. You see this company Zotinis and or SECURETEC System Run, they are in cahoots. I had to give this company one star because zero stars is not allowed. Sad.
