Dft communications added internet services to woodside campgrounds where I’m a seasonal camper there. I wasn’t getting great service and was told I could have a receiver on my site. When I don’t camp I u plug it as I am reasonable for the electric bill there. This system has been plugged back in multiple times over and over again. I have closed for the season as of September 25th2021. I unplugged this again from the electrical box for me to find out that someone came on my camp site without my consent plugged it back in and sticking me with a electric bill for someone else reeling the benefits of internet while I’m not even there.Business response

This customers complaint has been taken care of and resolved with the customer on the same day,
October 8, 2021, when the original complaint was generated with the BBB.
