If I could leave the rating for this business blank, I would. I can’t write enough about how shitty of an experience we had with this Dealership! We thought we were going to a reputable, nice Dealership that was selling us a vehicle that we would be safe in and would last us a long time. Or we at least thought if we were having issues that they would have helped and done what they could to fix and make it right. We were sold a 2006 **** ***** that was a piece of **** from the beginning. When we first got it, we had issues off the bat with putting gas in it. That was in the shop twice after that and still wasn’t fixed. A little later down the road, we started having other mechanical issues. They were minor at first and getting fixed but then happening again. This led to us having it in another garage where we had to pay $400 to fix the gas tank assembly (which should have been under lemon with this dealer because we had it back within the first 30 days but because they knew how expensive this part was, they replaced a valve instead and told us it was fixed). We fixed that part and then start having major mechanical issues again. On Christmas Day it left us stranded. We took it back to Yorkshire for them to tell us we had to fix the timing chain. 5k for the timing chain and we still had issues after that. Every time we called the Dealership to talk about it, no one knew what was going on with it. It was almost impossible to get a loaner from them while they were replacing our timing chain (and robbing us of 5k)! This Dealership is so unprofessional and after finding ********** Auto Sales, I’m so sorry we didn’t get rid of the piece of **** sooner! Beware of this Dealership, I’ll bet you that even just by reading this, I’m already saving you thousands.
