Dart Restoration was at the house within hours of a huge tree falling and crushing it in a windstorm. Miraculously nobody was hurt, The massive tree fell at about 1pm and by nightfall they had removed all of the tree from the roof, secured whatever they could to prevent further damage and had the house and roof tarped so no rain would get in. Over the next months they walked us through all aspects of what needed to be done and helped in more ways than you could imagine. The whole family and workers were all very easy to talk to and patient with us as we went through this. The end result was top notch. I hope I never have something like this happen again, but if something like this ever happens again to me or anyone I know I will make sure that Dart Restoration is the first call that's made. A big thank you to all of you at Dart.

Dart Restoration came recommended to us and we are forever grateful. The night of the fire we were bombarded with many people outside of our home and were unsure what to do, it was very overwhelming. But we are so thankful we had a company that listened and acknowledged all of our concerns. Our home was repaired and we were back home before we knew it. I had a flood from my boiler room, which is adjacent to a carpeted gym. The expansion tank on my boiler had failed. I had NO CLUE that there was even a problem, until I had about 8 inches of water.I called Dart for the problem. Within 30 min ****** from Dart was not only at my home to assess the situation, But he immediately had his crew pump out the water to mitigate the damages. They turned off my boiler, pumped out the water and had several blowers and heaters set-up in the room.I was going to place a claim with my insurance carrier. However, Dart had assured me that my deductible would out-way the **** for their services.I HIGHLY recommend Dart Restoration for any/all water remediation issues.

On May 8th, 2020, workers from ********************** set my house on fire while they were in the process of repairing a roof leak. DART Restoration appeared at my home even before the fire engines had left the scene.The fire damaged the wooden structure on the inside of the double-brick front wall of my house as well as the contents of the front rooms on both floors. Before the day ended, DART had removed all of the furniture in the affected rooms, had a dry cleaning service remove all of the clothing, bedspreads, etc. which were in those rooms, and sent a crew of about a dozen people to pack up all of the breakable items in the affected rooms and scrub down the walls, floors and ceilings. Air cleaners were brought in the address the smoke problem.When demolition and then reconstruction got underway, DART's representatives were perfectionistic in the performance of their work. They appeared a half-hour earlier than the announced time each day that work was scheduled...and they displayed very pleasant personalities throughout the process.And the electricians and painters whom DART sent to the house were equally proficient.While I hope never to have to use their services again, should the need arise, I will be calling DART as soon as I hang up from my 9-1-1 call to the fire department.
