I have a express package delivered from post office at 10:17 AM on 10/14/21 and on the same day at 3:37 a *** gentleman came to my front door took my package for no reason and a tracking number with *** return lable to Amazon, I have contacted *** for 2 weeks to request for an answer or solution, instead of apologizing for their mistake they just passing me around to all different department and ask me to go back to post office to make a lie claim that I never received my package from post office so post office could pay for the mistake that *** caused, I am so frustrated and disappointed by *** s integrity, I was so patient, do all I could, I even sent all the pictures were captured by my camera to show *** that their employees in *** uniform came and took my package but still not received any answer from ***, I please ask BBB to step and help me with my case as well hold business reponsible for their mistake. Thanks you and greatly appreciated for all the help that I could get from BBBCustomer response
