    Date of the transaction: 12/11/2023 Amount paid: $43 The business committed to replacing the Home button on my ***** ****** *****. I was told I had to prepay in full because the part was a special order part and to leave my phone with them. I was told it would only be a couple of days until the part came in and they could fix it as soon as the part arrived. I called a week later and was told the part was delayed. I called again the next week and was told the same thing. The following week I went to the store personally and was told the part still had not arrived. I then asked for my phone and money back. They gave me back my phone but said they didn't have any cash on hand to pay me. I went back a couple of days later and they said they still didn't have any cash to pay me and offered me store merchandise. I do not want store merchandise, I want my money back.

    Thought I’d help a small business out, so I went here to get my **** screen replaced. I now highly regret my decision and wish I would have gone with *****. First, the parts took weeks to get there. But no problem, I can forgive that, as the owner told me he was having family problems, too. Finally was told it was “fixed”so drove over, paid for the item, bought a screen protector, and left. (This store only accepts cash by the way.) Upon returning home, I realize it is now broken even worse. There are bits of glue all along the sides of the screen, there is a small gap along the bottom where it did not seal, but worst of all the **** was now completely unusable. It had what is called “ghost touch”and scrolled the screen, links closed, apps opened, etc without anyone touching it. I couldn’t even type in my password. Took it back, as it was still under warranty. After many many months of the owner giving me excuses such as: the parts weren’t there yet, it would be fixed tomorrow, the screen is currently off, a specialist needs to come in to look at it, it will be ready next week, and more, I dropped by in person. Come to find out, the owner had never even touched the thing. It was still completely broken and unusable. He refused to give me a refund, and then kicked me out of the store. I now have a $700 paperweight thanks to this store owner. I would never recommend this place to people. Please, just go somewhere else. A person who lies repeatedly and takes your money should not be running a business.
