Ineffective assistance. Deserves to be disbarred. We bought a property in Fulton, Oswego County, NY in Sept. 2021. Our agents recommended Ronda Akl. She didn't do anything good for us. We drove 5 hours during COVID but she and her team had no respect. They didn't have the keys from the seller, no assignment of leases, didn't help us with the final inspection. They made is drive during COVID, while the seller's attorney was busy vacationing. It felt like they were assisting the seller instead of providing effective assistance to us as buyers. They charged us about 800$ or more just to make us drive 10 hours to and fro and send us back without keys, leases, title. It still hurts that when we called them to inquire about our keys and title, she was on vacation while we had paid the seller in full and received no title and keys to the house. Some guy named **** ******* (from what I remember) claiming to be an attorney called me to abuse and was extremely unprofessional and rude. Extremely pathetic. The buyer feels like they have no assistance. Unprofessional, unprepared and don't care about the buyers at all. These people are definitely lying to Google admit about not being able to find clients in their records. Mysteriously, it's only the clients reviewing them at 1-star with truth can't be located in their records. Please don't be fooled with their paid and fake 5-star reviews. I'm still hurt with the way they swindled us and refused to return our money for ineffective counseling. If they continue to lie to Google or anyone that they can't find us, I'll be happy to send the exchange of emails with Google or post them here. I'm shocked that the Bar Council doesn't take action to disbar and discipline such unethical, greedy and unprofessional legal representatives.
