I was a seasonal camoer at cold rook campsite in Ganesvoort NY. I paid my deposit at the end of last season of $600.00 to HOLD our site for this year with a signed contract. The company sent me a letter on April 13th 2022 advising us to remove our property from the site which we paid for with a deposit and contract for this year and gave us until April 21st 2022 to get our stuff out. This has caused me much disappointment and very upset as this was our summer home. With a signed contract and a $600.00 deposit I don't see how they can wait a week before camp opens to tell us to leave when we never did anything against any rules of the park and have always paid. Always contributed to all activities in the park. This also in turn has left us with trying to find a place to store our camping trailer along with all of our camp hear somewhere else that we have nowhere available to do so. All camps are now booked for the season, ladt I knew they jad to at least offer another site in their park if work had to be done on the one we already pre paid a deposit on.
