              Do not work with this company. Very sloppy, dis-honest, and not worth it having your office to rely on this service and office equipment company.We purchased the machine and service from them in Aug 2021 and to this day still have not received the accessories that they owe. Asked to change representatives and dealt directly with a supervisor and the same exact behavior "play nice on the phone but never deliver what was promised". In addition, we asked for toner, it came after 2 weeks after many phone calls and excuses that they took the wrong address. I am going to return both machines.
