I was searching for health insurance. Was contacted by an agent that said the this plan has 0 deductible they paid 70% plus 50 per Doctor that I would only pay $25 per visit, they pay 70% +200 per hospital visit. The documentation I received does not show anything about them paying 70%.When I tried to cancel ***** said I was only seeing 1 part of the plan. So I kept it. The next day after going through the links I had still nothing about 70% I called to cancel again. ***** again did I want seeing it all that after they pay the $50 to the Dr the network picks up the 70%. The example she sent only shows them paying $50she said another area shows the 70% which it does not. I emailed and told them not to call me just cancel it and refund my money.

Searching online for "******** Obamacare Plans," was misled into signing up for the following one called "America First Choice 100" as part of the "National Congress of Employers (NCE)"; the plan was extremely cheap and claimed to have 100% coverage. Then saw the BBB complaints on National Congress of Employers (NCE). Need a refund ASAP and for the *** to look into them. This is not OK to scam people looking for Obamacare plans! **********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************

My husband and I moved and were looking for help enrolling in an Obamacare plan. I found a web page with the number ************ that said "Compare 2023 Obamacare Health Quotes in Minutes". I called and was very purposefully mislead, by a man with a kind voice, into thinking I was getting a private, well-priced PPO with a giant network. Instead, I was sold this NCE/Smarthealth bag of goods. I was told I would be covered by midnight and could cancel my existing Marketplace plan. That night and next morning, as I searched for providers, I realized this was not what I signed up for. Then I found NCE on BBB with a fail rating and many stories like mine. I then called and emailed the bogus contacts given to me, only to have my call automatically dropped, or to be placed on an infinite hold. I sent multiple emails refusing and cancelling my plan, only to be emailed another bogus contact for cancellation. So, by the time I was onto them, my husband and I were destined to go through an extensive process to get our HMO plan reinstated. Hence, we went without coverage for a while. We reported the misleading and fraudulent experience to our credit card company, who cancelled our card, blocked the transaction attempts, and issued us a new card (which of course is a huge inconvenience, as you have to give every business your new card number). I had placed this issue behind me for over a month, until yesterday and early this morning, I was continually harassed by text, email, and calls/voicemail about my charges being denied. Despite my responses that I was filing a BBB complaint, and regardless of responding "This plan is cancelled. Do NOT attempt to charge my card again", the texts and emails continued. That's where we are right now.

      Better Business Bureau:

In reference to complaint ID ********, I find the resolution I experienced today to be satisfactory. I just wanted the situation to be over. After submitting my complaint to BBB, the business in my complaint emailed me the attached responses. After Email 2, I called the number they gave me. This time, a representative did pick up. After I confirmed cancellation, they sent Email 3, a confirmation that the benefits were cancelled. I no longer expect problems. Thank you for helping me.

      Sincerely,

      *******************

On November 10th, 2022; I was trying to obtain health insurance for myself and my 2 children. I spoke with ******************* ************** from Allied Health, I asked him if urgent care, ER visits, MRI's, CT scans and meds were covered 100% and he answered yes. I gave him my info as well as my kids info and I paid a 1 time fee of $150. Yesterday, 12/6/22, I called Allied Health and asked them where my insurance cards were and I also explained that I have only received an email for dental insurance, she said that everything came from a call center in FL. I called FL *************, they said that I had, in fact, purchased health insurance and they sent me email with all of my info, when I scrolled all the way to the bottom, it stated that it WAS NOT health insurance and just a discount program, NOT what I was told. I thought that I purchased Allied Health insurance and when I received the email it's NCE premier plus (National Congress of employees) I have read the reviews on your website and this appears to be a scam. when I look on my bank statement there was $99 taken out from a company called IBS health Insurance and $25 taken out from allied for dental insurance. When I call the 800# for customer service to ************************* my policy ************* I get a message that my call has been rejected. I have sent an email to ***************************** and I have heard nothing. I want my policy cancelled and I want my money back

11/6/2021. We applied for this insurance company and we were told that we had complete healthcare insurance and we could go anywhere on the multiplan and that was a lie. We receive bills for every service having to pay an enormous amount of money. This is actually a life insurance policy not medical. We pay 600 a month for this plan and still have to pay every single ****. I have EOBs to prove it. I think this business should be investigated and money should be returned to customers who actually were tricked into buying this plan.
