On October 14,2021, I reached out to Hemmfy company of Garden City, NY by support email, ********************* about a full refund with NO fees, I.e. stocking, and a shipping label for returning their false advertised products. They list the Mile High cure products as 2 count per each package. See attachment, the Packing Slip. I received three packages with one count each. See actual products sent by photos. On October 18, 2021, the owner/ operator reached me from New York by phone ###-###-#### at 8:25 AM CST. He promised by phone call, a full refund by today. I paid $40.01 USD on October 14, 2021 for order *********. On October 18, I received an email stating the do not accept returns, and so Albert justified incorrectly my order by a wrongful partial refund. On October 18, 2021 Hemmfy issued a meager partial refund instead, for the inconvenience for their false advertising a product for sale as two count instead of one count per each package.Business response

The customer had reached out asking for a full refund on product purchased as they received less than what was promoted on the website, upon further investigation the website was updated to reflect the correct product counts and a partial refund in the amount of $16.18 was made to the customer since they did receive the product they ordered, just the wrong amounts. Shortly after the partial refund was made, the remaining balance paid by the customer was refunded in the amount of $23.83 as well resulting in a full refund as requested in the amount of $40.01. An email was sent back to the customer with confirmation of the second refund applied to the account as well as an apology for the inconvenience.
