I wish I can give them 100 negative ? after I ran out of sick day I took *** for 9 days in November of 2023 I turned in the paperwork to my work place on 1-01-2024 . Their excuse is that I didn't put down when I returned to work. I've called and emailed them times and they always tell me that they haven't received my emails. And I cannot tell them over the phone because it has to be done through email only. I don't know how ******** allows this scam company to do business here. Claim number F18810324

they are full of f*****g s**t HR in my company is asking why are they doing this they are no good if i could i would've disbarred them from doing business in ******** they do not wanna pay me what's right fully mines my company sent them all the documents and they kept lying that they did not receive it SHAME on them "0 star"

I have been trying to have my PFML claim processed since 11/21. I have called 4 times. They only have you email forms and then it sits in an email untouched. They don't let you know if something is missing. They are very rude on the phone. I have been out of work for a month and not even close to getting my PFML check. I need this resolved ASAP.

If I could give no stars I would. Horrible customer service. I was told because of when Thanksgiving fell I didnt get a check, for over 3 weeks I didnt get paid. Since the office wasnt open on Friday that means my direct deposit wasnt put through? So Monday comes, no check.. finally paid on Tuesday. Zero notice of this happening beforehand. I called numerous times and was spoken to with an attitude. My baby has health issues and the last thing I should be worrying about is my PFL checks. Im suppose to be bonding with my child but instead Im down to my last $48 dollars and scared about how Im going to feed him. This is disgusting and I cant believe this is how this company operates.

I have been lied to about when and how I will be paid. My payment date was pushed back due to a holiday and never set back to the original date, even weeks after. This has to be the WORST experience Ive had on PFL ever.

Reached out to shelterpoint to file PFL claim.on 10/18, sent everything in with all the documents.Reached out twice in the following week.asking for update.Today is 10/30, not a single response received from them.We will probably switch company after this. This is just unprofessional.

My husband just got approved for short-term disability due to a health event from his employer and that was on August 1, 2023. It is now September 6 and he still has not received his DLP payment!! He was told a check was mailed on August 11, 2023, for 4 weeks payment and he never received the Check. After that, I found out that not all the paperwork was completed so in 1 day I had to fill out a notarized Affidavit that we never received the check, submit a final Medical form, and an ACH Direct Deposit form. All were completed and sent to the Company on 8/31/23. I was told by 5 different customer service reps that the payment was directly deposited into his bank account on 9/1/23 and that is a lie! The bank has no record of ShelterPoint making any deposits. It is now 9/6/23 and there is still no payment. As if caring for a loved one isn't stressful enough, ShelterPoint consistently tells me misinformation and takes no urgency to make this right. They are making excuses and this Company is totally Unprofessional and incompetent. No ailing patient should have to wait over a month to get their payment. I want this to be remedied ASAP. He is owed this Pay and it's criminal to treat sick, recovering customers this way.This is crazy and unnecessary and unacceptable. HELP ME!!!

My husband submitted a claim for *** on july 18th and we still have no been paid or denied. They claim we needed to confirm his leave dates even though they were clearly on the *** claim paperwork. The claim has been on hold. Their customer service is absolutely horrendous and they have zero knowledge of laws or guidance from ***. When I told the customer service rep that claim needed to be denied or paid within 18 days (according to ***), he told me dont worry about it.
