I ordered 13 posters from this company as gift on 4/14 Order #***** confirmed for $117.30 The items were received on May 3rd. The quality of the items were not poster quality and poor quality in general. They appeared to be ****** copyrighted items downloaded and the used as a reprint. The one item that was poster quality sent to me was something that I did NOT order and also communicated as such. The larger posters were in particularly bad visually with poor quality. It looked like when images enlarged into larger size they were blurry. On May 4th following their instructions to send request for return prior to returning the items I did so. I did not hear a reply so I resent my second email request on 5/11/24, i do not have faith in this company due to the delay, the product outcome and service and that is why I asked for a refund. If they would correct their work that is an option too, although not my preferred as I am not sure it will be fulfilled appropriately, ************************************************************** From: ********************* <****************>Date: May 4, 2024 at 9:39:40PM EDT To: ******************************* Subject: Request for refund : Order #***** confirmed ??These items I received yesterday were intended to be gift for a creative media person who likes ******. The poster order is incredibly disappointing. The quality especially the 13x7 carrousel in particular is the worst. It looks like a jpg that was not meant to be enlarged and was anyway impacting the quality. The poster is low visual quality grainy and poor execution.The smaller posters appear to be regular card stock vs poster quality. Also a large festival poster was included in the order that was not ordered and I dont want anyone to miss their items if it was inadvertently added to mine in error.*********************Customer response

This company claims that their scented products smell like certain ****** scents, going as far as claiming it is their own secret formula identical to the fragrance of the attractions. These are absolutely false descriptions, they smell NOTHING like what they are described as. I requested a return/refund because of this, and did not get a response until the third time reaching out, and only received a response because I stated I would start a dispute on the charge. They refused to allow a refund and threatened that if I disputed the charge they would file and win and a countersuit. Over a 20 something dollar order they refuse to make right, knowing they are false advertising, attempting to delete any negative reviews etc. I want to return the opened but unused products for a refund, or I will dispute the charge with my bank.Customer response

The company did finally reply to an email, but still refused to honor their satisfaction guarantee. I was able to file a complaint with Amazon pay, and I was refunded after their investigation.

I placed an order with this company on August 16, 2022. After receiving the product a couple of weeks later, I contacted the company because their product didnt work. I asked how to go about receiving a refund. I got an email back saying they were on vacation and to email them again on September 5. On the same day, I received a text message from someone named ****** who told me they were a part of the company. She told me once again, that they were on vacation, but that they recently changed their formula and would be happy to send me a new product instead. I thanked her and agreed and never heard from her again. I have emailed the company, reached out to them on their customer service page, and also texted the number that originally texted me and I have heard absolutely nothing from them. I have never received a refund, and I have never received a new product. I even left a review for them on their website hoping that it would spark some sort of interest in responding to me but I have heard nothing. I just want my money back.Customer response
