On March 5, 2022, I visited *** ********************** at the *************** that he has and engaged him to complete 2021 Income Tax Returns for myself, my wife, and my business.On March 9, 2022 I paid $475 via Zelle as a 50% deposit towards my business tax return.The deadline for filing Income taxes was April 18, 2022 and *** ********************** had not completed the returns.An extension was filed for my wife and there have been several appointments made with *** ********************** in May 2022 and June 2022 to discus the return, and they have all been cancelled/postponed due to him needing more time to work on the file, or conflicts with his schedule.On June 28th, I sent an email requesting a refund for $475 paid on March 9, 2022. I stated that Tax preparation services are no longer needed. The email was addressed to **************************************************** ************************************ and *******************.I have not received a written reply to my email. I have called the office on several occasions since June 28th and I have spoken to ****************** the office manager, and she has informed me that I would need to speak to *** **********************. She stated that she does not know when *** ********************** will be in the office.I have called *** ********************** directly via his cell phone number, and sent multiple text messages. He has not answered any of my calls or replied to my text messages since April 5, 2022.I am being totally ignored by *** ********************** and his office is not providing any assistance or resolution to my request for a refund and for my file to be deleted from their system. I am frustrated and totally dissatisfied with my experience dealing with ********************** and Company.Customer response
