      They are double billing and not willing to refund money. They refuse to cancel my last order even though there was plenty of time. I cancelled my subscription and they reinstated without my knowledge.

      ..they sent me a $99 order that I did not authorize and they will not refund my money. Nor did they send me an email about placing a new order. They are operating a scam business.

      Real Eats sent a box of food that I did not order and charged my ******** account $72.96 without my authorization. I called the number they provided and had no option but to leave a request for a call back. There was no response. I emailed two times and finally got a response—but no refund. Instead, although they supposedly closed my account, they offered me $20 on my next order. There will never be another order. Meanwhile I opened a case with ********, but I have little hope that I will ever get back the money that was STOLEN.

      This is a scam”. ordered food a year ago cancelled after one order food was terrible. They just shipped an billed me for an order I didn’t place for 60 dollars made several calls an e mails they emailed they cannot refund orders I checked on line an there are numerous complaints advising they have been scammed for as much as $160.00

      If l could leave zero stars l would. If l were you a customer I'd take off any payment method saved. They are shady. We ordered 3 weeks of 4 discounted weeks. You can turn weeks off. The food was so subpar l wouldn't hesitate to say it looks like canned dogfood. The texture of a steak was like something cooked in a crackpot for 24 hours. So we did not go back to their page to turn the meals on after spring break. Suddenly on August 31st there was an order on my porch. The receipt inside didn't even match the food in the box. They still owed me one discounted week but it was double the price of the 1st 3. They said it was toggled on for that week. Being that they do not have an app we had not been to their website since April making sure no meals would be sent during spring break. I would have had to scroll ahead 4 months to have a random order made. They offered $15.00 I. A real eats credit back. The dog food tasting meals were $94.93. This places food is something l wouldn't feed a starving animal much less pay over $15.00 a meal for it. My next step is my social platforms and l have pictures of the food in their bags. People will get the hint when they see the unappealing food. You guys know people didn't like your food and you were charging random accounts to pay your costs of running a subpar business. I am also disputing the charge on the credit card. Also they never answer phones or return calls. Kylie doesn't want to be facing backlash from angry customers. My social media platforms are huge and l plan on giving a true to experience review of your horrible company.

      I ordered 8 meals that were supposed to be delivered 8/30. On 8/30, I hadn't received any shipping info, so I tried emailing and calling the company. No response. By 8/31, I email them that I want a refund, and still no response so I get a refund through my credit card company. On 9/3, I get an email that my order has been shipped and includes a tracking link. I click the link, and they had shipped the meals 9/1 and they were still in transit. On 9/4, I get my meals and they were DISGUSTING. They were warm, smelled rotten, and looked nothing like the pictures. They came in bags and were mushy, worse-looking than dog food which has more texture. The "ice" bags that were supposed to keep the food cold had exploded. Even more annoying, Real Eats sends constant updates to re-order when they can't get customer service or their service right. AVOID at all costs. You'll be annoyed and if you eat their food, you'll probably get sick.

      I ordered my meals on 8/22, it was supposed to be delivered yesterday 9/1. As of now 9/2 at 4:52 pm, I have not received my package, they got my money. I have sent 5 emails, called 4 times, and left messages. I have not gotten a return call or an email response. I am in the process of taking legal action.

      My order did not arrive but I cant get anyone at RealEats to return my phone calls or emails. They charged my credit card and will not discuss a refund.

      Buyer Beware! This company advertises that you can switch your meal plan on at will, but like other reviewers have posted, they turn your plan on without your knowledge or consent and charge you for the order you did not place. Good luck getting anyone to respond from Real Eats, they don't answer their phone, or email. I'm sure they know that most credit card companies won't go after them for the charges but are kind enough to remove the charge from the customer, so they continue to do this without any consequences. If you have an account with this company and have not ordered from them in a while, I suggest you cancel the account outright as it's only a matter of time before you too will be a victim of their fraud. It's sad that companies like this are allowed to continue in their dirty dealings and make a profit from them.

      Don’t waste your money folks! I tried the “tiny piece” of steak and it fell apart like roast beef cooked in a crock pot.
