First I called the business to request speed of delivery (due to the high amount) I was told the item would be shipped "today". I placed an online order for a fire extinguisher on July 9, 2023 with my VISA. The product was $18.50 and the shipping fee was $23.50. After not receiving a tracking number after 2 hours, I called the company again. I was told it was too soon, but it "would go out today" After getting the tracking number, my purchase stayed at business for two days. I checked my **** and there was no charge on July 11, 2023 and I immediately left a vm to cancel the transaction and to not charge my card due to the high cost for slow shipping. One - two hours later, my **** was charged for $42.00 Please refund at the very least a portion of the shipping cost. I will be happy to refuse delivery to send back if possible. I refuse to pay shipping to send back.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.I just received a sarcastic email reply to my personal email account. When the credit to my **** actually appears on my account, I will consider closing this dispute; however I wish no further contact from this business to either my home mailing address or my email or by phone. After further research, I found that the item requested was sent the same day that the orde was placed. It is my opinion that the person making the complain is not mentally fit. I did approve a refund of the freight charges and I do not want to be contacted by this person again as the financial matter should now be closed.
