On December 31st I dropped my puppy off at Francine A*****'s Board N' Train facility. She was supposed to have trained my six month old purebred puppy in obedience skills. I pulled him out early due to serious negligence, my dog was bitten and never given medical attention, he was emaciated, covered in open infected sores and had a back injury. No attempt was ever made during my dog's stay, to get him medical attention or notify me of his injuries. My dog is permanently scarred, longer show quality and must now undergo several different veterinary treatments to recover from his injuries. Francine A***** never offered to refund us or reimburse us for the medical bills. We paid her $1,902.50. Our dog learned nothing during his stay. As a matter of fact he's traumatized. Francine also claims to be an e-collar specialist and dog trainer, yet there are no credentials cited on her website.
