On 12/03/2022 I ordered a 'BackOSage The Cordless Triple Therapy Back Massager' (Order #****) from an online store that calls itself IGA NY. On 12/05/2022 my credit card was charged $79.99 for this item. The item was never sent. After over a month of numerous emails of apology and promises to ship item, I gave up and asked for a refund. As of today, 01/27/2023, I have not received a refund. My bank has credited my account pending investigation. The company's website is igia.com which leads to igia and beautyko logos. The website lists a 'contact us' tab, which doesn't seem to work, so I don't have a physical address. They list a phone number **************). They may be just using the name IGIA.Business response

I purchased a spa from therma spa in August 13 2020. It was not delivered until late 2020 before Thanksgiving. I purchased it to help my back problems. I had it designed with jets to aide my issue. It is now leaking. I called to have a service person come and help me with my issue. This company does not stand by their product! They will not honor any warranty and repair my unit. All they would do is sale me a new pump and give me a service person to pay for my repairs. The company has a flat 150 fee and 100 a hour, not including any parts. This really angers me. My back aches and what I purchased to help needs repairing. I paid ****** for this mess. I want my unit fixed and I want to warn others that read this to beware.
