I have been trying to cancel my warranty since December of 2021, however, every time I reach out to the business I cannot speak with the finance manager or another manager for that matter. I am placed on silent holds for long periods, having waiting on multiple occasions over a 6 week period. I purchased a warranty in 2020 for a vehicle that I no longer have and have been attempting to get information on how to cancel and schedule an in person meeting, for which only the finance manager can assist with, to no avail. The constant is that they are in meetings, conference calls, or not in to answer any of my questions. They also say they have no information on that transaction that can assist me, however I have the information and relayed that information as soon as I did, only to be brushed off and again ignored. This is not how business is conducted and frankly has caused me undue stress and anxiety. I will likely be seeking other damages as well, if this issue isnt meant with swift action.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
At this time, I have not been contacted by North Coast Subaru Auto Corp. regarding complaint ID ********.I have yet to hear back from North Coast Subaru. All forms of communication that originated from December have not been returned by the appropriate authorities at North Coast Subaru. The lack of transparency and blatant disregard for my claim has affected me both financially and emotionally and I intend on taking every legal recourse at my disposal to retrieve compensation and what is due to me, legally, through the warranty cancellation agreement.
