******, their employee, was incredibly rude and discourteous to me over the phone. He refused to provide his supervisor's name and contact information, despite my repeated requests. He became enraged and combative, talked over me, and would not allow me to speak. Thus, I must file this complaint with the BBB. I have repeatedly attempted to book them, and no matter how far in advance that I call, ****** always claims to have "no availability". I want his supervisor's name and contact information so I may rectify this matter accordingly.Business response

I am sorry that **** took the phone call with Redline in such a negative way. I, ******, am the owner of Redline Movers so she was in fact speaking to the supervisor at the time. The date **** requested on both occasions was in fact booked up as the end of the month is the busiest time for the moving industry. I do wish we could have accommodated **** but we only have so much space on the calendar. I feel I was pleasant and professional and I can understand the frustration of a customer when the dates requested are not available. With that being said, any parts of our conversation **** deemed rude or otherwise was unintentional and I apologize for any misunderstanding on my part.
We try to manage all our customers in the best possible manner but unfortunately there is only so much space on our moving calendar.
