Also put ***** Firewall on **mputer>That's it. No software like I had with Norton for protection. I was leery when went to pay as was declined at first. Red flag. Then she told me remove my card. I was leery as she was on my **mputer, **uld see my 3-digit **de and everything. I have since had card closed with Capitol One. I called *** back at ************. It said number not available or something, to hit Star 611. Which I did, and got my own cable **mpany, Spectrum! So called his cell h e called me on in **********. He had to call back. Meanwhile found out **mpany scammers. He calls me back I up front say they scammers. He says, "No, we are ****** Technologies" (a BBB **mpany). He said he would have to check it out. Meanwhile, credit card ** and I discuss. He probably gave their name as number matches ****** World Solutions, Inc. scammers! So all kinds of red flags. Solution? World Solutions, Inc. is a full-blown scam, claiming to sell computer, printer, and online security services. They charged my now-86-years-young grandmother $500.00 in 2020 for a 5 ************ contract; they essentially dealt only over the phone and, after two (2) years, I found zero evidence they ever did ANYTHING. Today, they called my grandmother and claimed the ** Address connected to her computer was plagued with porn-and-gambling-website-related malware/spam/viruses, asked her to provide them remote access to her computer (which she did), and then charged her $200.00 to "fix" this purported problem. My grandmother doesn't even know HOW to look at **** or ****** on the computer, let alone WANT to do it. As my grandmother tells me she's paid this company, THEY CALL HER. She answers, but I get on the phone. I immediately start questioning the company as to the merits of the service, WHY they need access to my grandmother's computer, and how she possibly could have all these viruses when she (a) doesn't look at **** or ****** online; and (b) is supposedly already paying this company--World Solutions, Inc--to protect her computer from these very viruses. I ask why they called her out of the blue, then charged her $200.00. I ask what they are doing with remote access to her computer--I get basically jibberish in response, "non-answers," and even outright lies (i.e., they claimed my grandmother called them). Ultimately, I hung up the phone and called my grandmother's credit card company. Lo and behold, World Solutions had already charged her. We cancelled the credit card altogether, ordered a new one, and now I am writing this report to BBB. This company is a scam that preys on senior citizens, like my grandmother. Do not use or trust them.

      Better Business Bureau:

At this time, I have not been contacted by World Solutions, Inc. regarding complaint ID ********.  ************ is scamming elderly people across this country; please, do something about it.  At most, I can file a complaint with the State in which the company is registered.  Somebody needs to step up for their parents and grandparents right now, because it could happen to anyone.

      Sincerely,

      *************************

I purchased a 3 year contract on 9/25/21 for computer support for $419.99. I am now getting calls stating that my contract is up for renewal. I have told them repeatedly that I do not want to renew and they need to stop. They call several times a day using different caller ID #'s which I have been just not answering. Today I received yet another call and told them I do not want their services. I was informed that they have to access my computer to remove the software or they will charge me again.

On 2/13/22, I was having a problem setting up my new printer and was directed to World Solutions *** on ******* The technician was very helpful and was able to solve my problem and "clean" my hard drive. I was pleased with the service and purchased the lifetime service at a cost of $323.98. I am having some problems today and am unable to reach anyone at their phone number for customer service or sales. I left a couple of messages, but I'm not hopeful that I will hear from them. Even though they helped me initially, they lied about ongoing, services. And, if it is a one-time service, I would like a reduction in the cost.

Since 2017 I have had a PC ****************** product that provides help from experts through screen sharing to fix computer. They have always done a fantastic job. However a few days ago I called to get their service and you cannot reach anyone. I could not reach the sales desk nor the customer service desk. voice mail is not returned. So far email is not responded to. There are two different numbers. one from my 1st contract and one from the 2nd contract. The phone number on their website is dialing a car lot. I believe that they are not a legit company and are scamming people. My ideal solution is to have the fabulous service I have enjoyed since 2017. If I cannot have that, I want my remaining money back. based on my remaining coverage to 12/7/24
