I had an appointment on March 31,2023. I spoke with the scheduling representative several times regarding insurance and at no time was I advised that I was out of network. After my appointment I was made to give a $200. deposit for future visits. I was advised by my Insurance provider that I am out of network so I phoned Aspen and requested that they return my deposit (May 22,2023) I was told that my deposit would be returned within 5 business days. I phoned again on May 30,2023 and once again I was told that my deposit would be credited back to my card. I still haven’t received my funds and I am sent to voicemail. I have attached the receipt which clearly states planned payments. Please help.Business response

PLLC. We will be responding to the consumer directly on this communication.
The Aspen Dental network is committed to breaking down barriers to care. Each independently owned
and operated location and care team has the autonomy to work with patients, so they receive quality
care. Every patient complaint is taken seriously, and the office will work to resolve any concerns that are
raised, living into our commitment to say “Yes” to quality oral care.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear to be a letter about services Aspen Dental provide.They did not mention the actual issue. I went in for services at their Glenmont location in March 2023. I spoke with their financial person on several occasions prior to my visit and at no time was I advised that they are out of network. I received exrays . When I checked out Inwas made to pay $200. For planned future visits. I n May I canceled all future appointments and requested my deposit back. At that time I was advised that it would be credited to my card in 5-7 days. May 22,2023. I phoned again May 30,2023 and was told the same thing. The Glenmont location sent three requests to their corporate office! I also advised the financial person that my expiration date changed from 4/23 to 4/26. I simply want my deposit back.
