Farm family insurance company's insured client Back up into the rear left quarter and tail gate (gate was down). date of loss 07-19-2022 case Claim #*********** policy # ********* case was handed off to ****** ****** **** Insured Driver *** ******* was driving a black ********* with A Company Horse farm stick on sighn on the rear window coverings 85% of the rear window. We exchanged papers. A adjuster came out to my home, and within 2 weeks I was issued a check in the amount of $$2195.47. at that point I had tried to contact the agent ****** **** several times within the next 3 weeks. I had sent pictures, emails and tried to call her on the phone. only to find later she had left her Job at Farm family insurance co. Another agent By the name nance @ ***** ******** had taken on the case and informed me that they don't have the pictures I had sent and after the check was issued they closed the case. I received a nasty Voice mail from Agent Nancy telling me they will not pay for the tail gate. My truck Has not been repaired properly, and therefore I am filing a complaint to request it be repaired properly. And I am also waiting on the correction of the hubcap replacement. Why should I pay the price when I was Not the one that caused this collision. I Just want my Truck to be repaired properly. I believe I have been very patient in this Matter. I do have pictures, and voicemail to back up my claim. Thank you **** *******Business response

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I received this same letter, instead of addressing the problem, they keep sending out the same letter with a different date. sincerely ***The consumer confirmed that the business has paid to have the truck repaired. This they have done. There is way to much bureaucratic red tape at this point. I give up trying. my arm has been bent around my back with this company. They were disrespectful, left nasty voicemails, switched agents a few times, and never answered calls. They shut off my rental, and I was forced to collect my truck before the job was even completed. I had to bring my truck back to the shop 2 additional times. I am Done. I will however give a consumer beware write up and a 1 star rating. Thank you for all you have done. Sincerely **** *******
