I purchased these tickets online. We arrived at your slopes on January 20th 2024. Around 3:00 and got on the slopes about 3:40. My kids are green slope skiers and snowboarders. Only your central and south were open so we headed to south on the only open green slope there. But to our surprise south closed at 6:00 and we got multiple reasons why. So this left us to go on central I believe coal chute. As per your website no warning for ice or other conditions. About 7:15 pm My daughter was coming down hit a very large area of ice and ended up hitting a tree. The ski patrol medics came and got her and advised us to take her in for possible broken nose. I was in the emergency room for over 4 hours waiting for her CT scan. She had bruising, major bloody nose, and slight fracture. Due to your facility conditions and no communication of actual warnings of ice or there were also large balls of ice on that slope we had to avoid. I am asking for full refund of all these tickets I purchased credited to my card due to we feel not safe returning to your slopes in the future.
