      I have been a member at this credit union for 33 years. I am across the country currently, fleeing from individuals who have been stalking me after raping me in my home,theft, human trafficking, and more. I clearly stated that my life is in danger, and my debit card expired. I spoke with a woman named Sherry, who I asked to help find a way to send me my funds from my account, with plenty of clear proof that it was me and that I was willing to fax any proof necessary and sign documents to have faxed as well. Sherry became agitated with me and told me that she could and would withhold my money from me and would not assist me in a solution to receiving my money from the credit union there. I have serious internal health issues and have been living in my truck fleeing for my life, yet she seemed quite happy with herself and her ability to continue my suffering in keeping me from my own funds. I would like immediate resolution to this issue, as it is of utmost importance. I can only be reached by email currently, as I need those funds to get a phone card.

      On October 13, 2022, First Choice Financial Federal Credit Union was notified by said complainant that she was calling from a financial institution in New Mexico and needed assistance. Her Credit Union debit card had expired, and she had no way to access her funds from her account. She was currently on the run; her card had been mailed out weeks prior to her leaving New York State and she believed it was in her mallbox at her residence. Our Member Operations Officer (Sherri) assisted the call; she advised her we could do a wire transfer to another financial institution that could properly identify her. The financial institution in New Mexico would not open an account due to her not having a permanent address. She ......

      .... was very upset and ended the phone call. Not long after, she proceeded to call the Credit Union back demanding to send the available funds by Western Union or on a third-party card. Unfortunately, the Credit Union does not have this option, and this was explained to her. 
      Due to regulations, we were unable to verify her identity as a Credit Union member. If the account was opened at another financial institution, funds would have been wired with a verification process. 
      On Friday, October 14, 2022, Ms. ***** AKA ******* *******, posted on the Credit Union ******** page, as well as her personal page, over 45 risk messages threating the Credit Union of this report. Immediate action was taken by the Credit Union and authorities were notified of the situation and filed a complaint for the protection of the employees. 
      The complainants' funds are fully available to her at any of our three branch locations in New York to which she has a permanent malling address. Once her new debit card is fully activated, she will have access to her money via ATM across the country. Should she meet account opening requirements at another financial institution, the funds could also be sent by wire after verification of Identity.

      Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Hello, This is in regards to complaint re:********. I am not satisfied with the answers given by First Choice Financial Federal Credit Union. I am still currently stranded with no money and forced to live in my vehicle,as I was raped in my home, have been gangstalked and multiple murder attempts against me, and was told by a Sherry at this bank that she can and will keep me from accessing my funds. This business has put me at serious risk and that is indeed not acceptable. I am aware that I should seek counsel and pursue this matter in a court of law, and intend to do so, as soon as I am safe.  Regards, ******* *****
