      I purchased an enamel pin from this business in May of 2020. Since then, I have reached out to the business multiple times requesting a refund because of the long time I’ve had to wait and the complete lack of updates regarding my order. The owner of the business has promised multiple times to update angry customers like myself more often in the future, but he always falls through. At this point, I’m beyond tired of waiting and want concrete updates or, preferably, a refund. Until now, the reason why I haven’t filed a complaint is because 1) I wanted to give the business the benefit of the doubt and 2) I didn’t know this website and the option to file a complaint existed.

      Transactions Occurred in DEC2019 & February 2020 equating approximately $240.00. Purchased collectible pins & clothing patches through their online store as a Pre-Order for an artist collaboration. Vendor responded to all order inquiries with form letter responses about the impact of Covid19; but then email responses to shop inquires ceased in early 2021. Vendor will actively remove any social media inquiries on *********/******** & will ban customers making inquiries on all forms of social media if they attempt to discuss orders openly. Horrible customer service & actively steals money with no form of refund.

      He owes me approximately $770 in unfulfilled orders for enamel pins from 2020-2021. He owes other much more, it’s probably in the $100k range. He doesn’t reply to emails and blocked me on social media. When I received refunds for a handful of orders in the beginning he sent them to me as goods/services on ****** and I had to pay income tax on my refund.

      This business was based on a pre order product model type. John, has stopped delivering his products or even communicate with the buyers. Multiple attempts at communication have been ignored. The last form of communication from him was May 31st 2022. The communication said that his suppliers were having issues. Since then there has been zero communication. We have not received product or money. October was the last time I received an automated email response, since then those emails don’t even come back. He does have a Patreon that many people have attempted to communicate with him and receive no response as well. The reason it has taken more than a year is because I was hopeful he would actually deliver on our pre orders or refunds.
