              We hired this company in July 2023. They were getting draws of money from northern federal credit union. A basement and outside walls were complete. His last draw in March 2024 for 52000 dollars was supposed to be used for doors and windows etc. nothing has been completed as of date. An appraisal was done to confirm. We have requested money back and to be out of this contract multiple times via multiple avenues. In person he stated the money was “tied up” which we have on recording. He has refused to return a signed paper from the lawyer releasing us from our contract. He removed his business page from Facebook. We are at a loss and we cannot complete this project via funding or hire a new contractor without the money back and our release from this contract.

              Con man. He has taken deposits from people and did not return to complete the work. NYSP cannot do anything about him because it falls under small claims, but the report was made. He is deceptive and took $4000 from me as a deposit for materials to rebuild a porch. He never showed up. I am not the only one. Search this scumbag on social media and you will see multiple complaints about his shady business dealings. DO NOT USE THIS GUY.
