on November 26th 2022 I had sent a picture of a Pink ****** purse with matching wallet, and asked if it was still available and how much did they want for it. They responded it was available and it was $120.00. I said I wanted it, and where should I send the money. They gave me there ******* info and I sent the money and told them I paid. On November 29th 2022 they pulled the $135.00 for the purse and wallet and shipping. On Monday December 5th 2022 I sent a text message asking about a tracking # for my purse they asked when did I place the order and to confirm ant address and email. I gave them my info and that I placed the order on November 26th. They sent me a picture of a box with a tracking # on it. On that Friday December 9th 2022 the package was delivered and it was not the purse and wallet, it was a bracelet I had bought a few days after I bought the purse and wallet. I sent them a text letting them know that was not my purse it was the bracelet. I sent them screen shots for our conversation and a picture of the item in question. I know there business hours are Tuesday-Friday but we have talked on the days they are closed. I got no response from them so I texted again on Tuesday Dec 13th with no response, and again on Wed Dec 14th as well as sent an email on Tuesday Dec 13th. I have not heard a word from them on any of my attempts to talk about if they will send my purse and matching wallet or refund my money. They have stolen my money and I want what I paid for or a refund of $135.00. Thank you ******** *****
