I purchased pool parts and they wouldn’t refund my money. Instead I was given a credit. I tried several times to use my credit of $159. I was never sent the items I ordered and no one has responded to my inquiries over the past few years! I am still continuing to reach out via email. They don’t have a phone number and still no one has responded to my request for a refund or to fill my order for the pool parts!Initial Complaint

ASAHI handles the warranty claims for the **** **** **** ******* I purchased in 2019. I have contacted them for the last 2 years! by email and postal service, and they do not respond. I have even had warranty service at **** **** ***** contact them on my behalf. ASAHA does not respond. I have a valid warranty claim for a rusty faded unsafe pool and they just ignore my complaint. I have never heard anything from them. I can see through **** tracking that they do not pick up their mail. This company needs to respond to my complaint and fulfill the warranty with a 100% reimbursement for the defective pool. It isn't enough to say it's outside of the 100% reimbursement period because they didn't respond.Initial Complaint

This company is a pool parts company. I purchased the parts originally on I believe August 2nd. I never received a receipt or a confirmation, I had to reach out to them and ask. They did not send me the parts I wanted so I reached out and after back and forth they sent me the parts, which again were not what I wanted. So, I decided to send them back in order for a refund. I was told I would receive my total - 10% due to restocking which was fine. I sent stuff back through UPS the first two weeks of September I believe. I did not receive my money back so I reached out again and was told to email a different person. I emailed the other person last week and never received a response. I spent $130 on parts that I can't even use and I sent them back. I was wondering if there is anything that can be done.
