purchased a pool cover in September 2019, which has an 8 year warranty. Cover is already torn and frayed. have been trying to reach them with no luck. their web site does not respond and thier phone number has been disconnected according to phone company. trying to get warranty service but it appears they may have gone out of business. If you could help it would be greatly appreciated.Initial Complaint

My husband ordered a 24' Round Dolphin Key EZ bead swimming pool liner for $266.98, a Mighty Step Swimming Pool stairs ladder for 179.99 and a 24' Round Carina Bay 52" Tall above ground pool from Pools.Com on May 18, 2020. We received the ladder & liner from Pool Deals at 131 Industrial Dr. Grand Island, NY 14072. We received the liner and ladder but never received the actual pool. I have called NUMEROUS times, a few times was able to leave messages, the rest either no answer or the recording said no messages, I have filled out NUMEROUS "tickets" on their page and have sent NUMEROUS emails Then with family sick and grandparents passing this all got forgotten about. I'm praying it's not too late to possibly get our money back?! We still have the ladder & liner unopened.Initial Complaint

With this Pool Deals Company I have order a pool Cover from them n has a 10 yr warranty n they claim they don’t have or keep records of buyers n since I can’t find my papers cause I moved n seem not to know where there at. But I did record at the time when I ordered #********* ******** On 9/17/2015 They should have records but now I don’t have my proof, the won’t work or deal with me. The other pool Co. I deal with has all my record back til 2014 of what I bought. But these guys don’t want to stand up to there products n after paying this kind of money, I feel this is very dirty to customers I paid for warranty when I bought it, so they should have items recorded on warranty items when they sell these kind of items. Hope u can please help me out. Ty
