      I purchased this LED light for my Emergency Roadside Assistance Vehicle back in late october of 2022 and within a month it already started to Malfunction. I notified the company and informed them of the issue. The issue came and went and then again a few weeks later the light just stopped working all together. I have called LED Equipped multiple times, left voice mails had discussions with a female receptionist on the 800 number and also left emails all of which have not been responded to. This order was several hundreds of dollars and also has a 3 year warranty. I would like my product replaced or purchased back for a full refund

      This was not a clearance item and also the website says 3 year warranty on all items! They are just not answering the complaint! I am not satisfied with the response and still desire action!!!

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      The purchase was for a functioning light, not for a broken light that foes  ot work, the receipt implies there is a warranty, the company has not reached out to me one time to resolve this issue, nor have they replied to any emails, phone calls or inquiries. Only after i had made a complaint and left bad reviews and made threats of more bad reviews have they actaully fone anything to respond, and the only response has been that they are not willing to do anything to assist a customer that obviously has a defective product? In my opinion this company is exactly why comsumer properction is needed and is a classic case of why the government has forced compliance with warranty and guarantee issues!
      At the end of the day LED EQUIPPED is not replacing my product is because they already know the product is faulty and i will not be happy because the next one they send will probably fail, just like the first one , therefore it only suits them to say no warranty. I will continue ot escalate this case untill resolution.

      I ordered a set of emergency lights for my vehicle on 1/23/2023, and they were said to all be delivered on 1/26/2023. Upon opening the boxes, there was only two of the four lights that I ordered. I had to reach out to them only to find out that the two lights in the package were on back order. Upon putting the lights together and trying to install one of the brackets into the visor, I realized that they would not work with the bracket and when I went to remove the screws, the nut came through the housing, the other brackets that I put on the visor lights did not fit for my vehicle . I have contacted the company and they have not resolved the problem. I had asked them to send a return label, and they still have not gotten back to me on this. My order number is (#******) with tracking number of ******************

      Around September 17th I purchased an interior visor bar (Red-Red LED) and a deck bar (Red-Amber LED). When I received the items and installed them I noticed the deck bar wasn’t the correct color. LED color was not printed on the boxes that were shipped and I wasn’t able to see what colors it was until the unit was turned on. I contacted LED Equipped right away and was requested to send various pictures of the item between multiple emails. After all requested pictures were sent verifying the discrepancy LED equipped quit all forms of communication with me. I resent the pictures again with no response. I sent a new email voicing my concerns a third time and have yet to receive a response.

      Omar R (1 star) 07/07/2021 My Agency Ordered 2 sets of running board lights. After being installed they worked great for the first week. However after it rained the second week several lightheads started to malfunction. They would turn on randomly on their own even when the vehicles were turn off. We called repair service department and they sent us new lights, which replaced the problem ones and after going to the car wash the lightheads started up with the same problem. We called repair service again and they sent us replacement lightheads and circuit boards. Once again after replacing all of the above a light rain caused them all to malfunction again. This has been going on over the course of 1 year and 10 months. Keeping in mind that every time repairs have to be made we are charged for labor hours. Now we are at a point were we don't want these light bars. We sent them back in July for repair and they have not returned them yet.
