      I purchased a light bar from ledequipped in September of 2023. It took 6 weeks or so to even get the bar. Then within 2 months one of the iodes burnt out. I asked them for a replacement lightbar and they told me they would not do that but they could send me out a board for the lights. After about 6 weeks I finally received this 'board' and went to put it in so I would have my safety lights so I can pilot again only to find when I opened the box that there was a s**** missing, the other 3 screws were stripped and you could tell it had been previously been mounted into another light bar. Not only that but the plug was melted. They told me they couldn't do anything more than send me out another board. I need this to do my piloting work and I've been without the lightbar since early January. Mind you, I have only been able to use my lightbar for about 2 weeks since I purchased it. The customer service with this company is WORTHLESS to say the least. My best advice is to customer beware. READ all reviews on this company. I'm trying now to get my money back from this transaction through my credit card now.

      Terrible customer service. *** lost / damaged my package to where they had to discard it. I contacted "customer support" and they forwarded my info to ***. *** reached out to ask what the problem was, problem was explained and *** said he would ship a new package out Wednesday. Package never came. I reached out to *** again today to try and get tracking on the new package which he couldn't / wouldn't provide. He just kept telling me it was already shipped. So I left a review on ****** about my experience with customer service being complete trash. I then received another email from *** threatening he would cancel the order and recall the package if I didn't remove my review. I didn't. I was refunded for my purchase. The only positive that came out of this situation.

      I am a firefighter and in the off time I plow snow. I wanted a light that could be red for fire or ***** for snow plowing. The sent a light that was red and ***** all the time. I sent it back and they said they would credit me. They sent a new light out the same day. That was wrong also! I sent that back to them. I called back and they said it takes a little time for the credit on the 2 lights. A month passes and no credit. I had ***** numbers and that a person there signed for both of them. They claim the never got them. So I am out 2 lights. I would not recommend purchasing from them.

      They sell garbage. Save your money.What I bought online totally different from what they sent. They don't know the difference between tir and linear lenses.The service and products are the worst on the market today.

      I had issues when I first ordered the light, got the wrong one several times. However that was finally resolved. I now have an issue with the light. I have called, was told someone would call back within 24 hours, no call it has been 48 hours. I also emailed, no response. I had this issue with them during the original issues that was finally resolved. I complained about the lack of response and was told.that they are busy... so I guess they are still to busy to have any customer service. My light is not working correctly and I need to change 1 set of color of lights. I simply cannot get a response back from them. I have called and get told they use an answering service but nobody calls back. I was told the email goes directly to them but they don't respond to that either. Either they need to hire people or they need to start caring about customer service. It is ridiculous that your customers who paid the money for the lights cannot reach you.
