  Most orders are shipped out with United Parcel Service (UPS). UPS is a quick and cost effective way to go when ordering. All shipping costs could be checked through the Estimate Shipping and Tax section before proceeding to checkout. All you need to do is put in the country, state or province, and zip code in the sections provided, in order to get an estimated cost for shipping. Please Note: Free shipping promotions are only offered to domestic shoppers only. Please see our Shipping, Ordering, & Payment Options page for full details about our shipping options.
  
  International
  Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
  Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. LED Equipped is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
  
  Return Policy
  In order to provide superior customer service Led Equipped will issue a refund for any product that is returned to us within 14 days of purchase.
  If you receive your order and are not completely satisfied with any product for any reason simply follow return the product to us. We will accept your return up to 14 days from the date of invoice. We will refund the purchase price or exchange it, whichever you prefer.
  The product must be returned unused, undamaged in the original box with all parts, packing and instructions.
  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  Light bars ( including Visors, mini light bars, full light bars and traffic advisors) might be subject to a 20% restocking fee
  Customers are responsible for return shipping of the product to our warehouse. 
  All returns must be packaged securely and insured, we will not issue refunds for items damaged on the return shipment.
  All returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging including all original hardware and instructions. Any items showing wear, damage, modification, or installation (which includes scratches, dings, dents, and cut or stripped wires) will not receive a refund.+

  Warranties
        Led Equipped warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use, for a period of 3 years from the date of manufacture. During this warranty period, Led Equipped will repair or replace, at its options, any parts or electronic assemblies of the unit which, upon inspection, reveal a defect in material or workmanship. Warranty service will be provided during the warranty period to any Led Equipped consumer at no cost if the defective product is returned to Led Equipped.
  Led Equipped shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to: Loss of Vehicle, Rental of Substitute Vehicle, Loss of Time, Loss of Work, Inconvenience, Transportation Expenses, Telephone, Lodging, Loss of Revenue, Loss of and/or Damage to Personal Property for or arising out of breach of any express or implied warranty of its products.
  Use of lamp or other electrical load of wattage higher than installed or recommended by the factory, or use of inappropriate or inadequate wiring or circuit protection causes this limited warranty to become void. Led Equipped will in no way be liable for any loss of profits or any indirect or consequential damages arising out of any such defect in material and workmanship whether loss is due to negligence or breach of warranty. This limited warranty does not apply to shipping damage, accident, alteration, tampering, misuse or abuse and unauthorized service.
  This warranty does not apply to any Led Equipped product that has failed due to: improper installation, excessive voltages, unauthorized alterations, inadequate wiring, or circuit protection, or other use or installation contrary to Led Equipped recommendations; abuse, misuse, inadequate maintenance, unconventional use, or accidental damage. Led Equipped assumes no liability for any incidental or consequential damages, expenses incurred in removal or re-installation, expenses for packaging, handling, and shipping, or the cost of special access equipment.
  Led Equipped reserves the right to substitute replacement product of equal value, should the original be unavailable or discontinued.
  Led Equipped warrants each new product, to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and service, for a period of (3) years on parts replacement from the date of purchase of the product and (1) year on labor from the date of delivery to the first user-purchaser. During this warranty period, the obligation of Led Equipped is limited to repairing or replacing, as Led Equipped may elect, any part or parts of such product which after examination by Led Equipped, is found to be defective as the result of a defect in material and/or workmanship. Led Equipped will provide warranty for any unit which is delivered, transported prepaid, to the Led Equipped factory or designated authorized warranty service center for examination and such examination reveals a defect in material and/or workmanship. This warranty does not cover travel expenses, the cost of specialized equipment for gaining access to the product, or labor charges for removal and re-installation of the product. Domes & lenses, lamps or batteries are not covered under warranty. This warranty does not extend to any unit which has subjected to abuse, misuse, improper installation or which has been inadequately maintained, nor damage resulting from incompatible chemicals or cleaning material, nor to units which have problems relating to service or modification at any facility other than the Led Equipped factory or authorized service centers. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

LED EQUIPPEDMAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION CONCERNING THE PRODUCT, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, OF WHATEVER KIND OR NATURE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
  
  If LED Equipped cannot lawfully disclaim or exclude implied warranties under applicable law, then to the maximum extent possible the duration of such implied warranties shall expire on expiration of the warranty period.
  
  This warranty is between the original purchaser only and LED Equipped. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser provided the product is installed and operated in accordance with Manufacturer Recommendations. All items must have the original serial number in order for the item to be repaired or replaced. Removal of Serial Number will void warranty as stated on SN label. Shipping costs to LED Equipped will be borne by the customer. Return shipping will be prepaid by LED Equipped via USPS Priority or FedEx Ground. Customer is responsible for the condition in which the item is received; proper care and packaging is necessary to prevent damages in shipping. Insurance is highly recommended.
  
  This warranty is voided by defects resulting from abuse, misuse, excess voltage, inadequate wiring, or improper instillation. Accurate installation of LED Equipped products requires the installer to have a good understanding of automotive electronics, procedures, and systems. Evidence of disassembly, tampering, or broken products will not be covered under warranty. Merchandise is subject to inspection by LED Equipped for repair or refurbished replacement and must be accompanied by the original Sales Receipt.
  
  LED Equipped is not liable for any coincidental or incidental damages or injury caused by the product and/or inadequate or inappropriate installation or wiring, to any persons or vehicles. LED Equipped is not liable for any removal and/or reinstallation costs of products for warranty, service, return, or repair.
  
  LED Equipped is not responsible for unclaimed warranty items past 30 days of delivery to LED Equipped.
  
  LED Equipped is not responsible for any items falling off or flying off vehicles in motion! If you are planning on using any item while being at a high speed, you must permanent mount it
  DEFECTIVE GOODS
  After 14days from your receiving your merchandise any claim made on the merchandise will be considered a warranty claim and will be covered under our warranty service.
  We will ship the replacement item back to you as soon as we receive the defective part.
  You pay for shipping back to us and we will pay for the shipping back to you.
