              I kept getting emails from Fundible after I decided to hold off on continuing the process on November 16th, 2023. Right after the New Year, I reached out to fundible on January 2nd to express my interest in continuing through with the process. I finished the form and sent 4 months of bank statements. After that, everything just went quiet. I called and emailed them many times to see if there was any progress in finding loan products and I got no response. I am a big believer in communication, but to totally ignore someone is not professional. There should always be a line of communication, and if there is no loan product available, the professional thing to do is notify the customer instead of cutting off communication. I hope they can rectify the situation by answering or returning phone calls and emails.

              It was a pleasant surprise to have found Fundible for my financing needs. I compared several companies and made my decision between Fundible and another one that I won't even mention by name. The substantial difference was the attention I received from *************************** (Account Executive), who constructed the best offer after several conversations. After him, I had a conversation with *********************** (Chief Risk Officer), who took more than 30 minutes to understand my business model, billing, and collection process. Believe me, that is not normal. Not even my bank had that courtesy after rejecting my application due to a technicality. Bottom line... I'm happy.
