      they are scamming people out of $20 A WEEK and not even entering card information. I opened the app and purchased a $1 astrology report and since have been charged $19.99 twice in less than a week. they advertise an app and they dont have one. I cancelled my subscription that i never even purchased. contacted support four times and have heard nothing back. im going to report them for fraud if i dont hear anything back. this is RIDICULOUS!!!!

       I was charged two more times for the same amount in two different transactions. I reviewed their Money Back Guarantee policy which I did in fact qualify for and they have continued to deny it. I ended up having to order a new debit card and report them for fraud because I was still being charged even after I had cancelled the subscription I never even purchased in the first place.

      I paid for a one-time report generated by Astroline. I never authorized any further charges, and then I noticed a charge of $19.99 on 10/21. I made sure I cancelled the subscription and much to my surprise a week later, 10/28 I got another charge of $19.99. I contacted the business and they sent me another link to cancel which I followed and received a confirmation of my subscription cancellation from the business. Yet, 11/6 I got charged again.I went online and it appears countless people became victims of this scam and can't stop the endless unauthorized charges by this organization. I am at a loss and feel absolutely helpless. I refuse to be charged $80/month for receiving no services. Please help. I am desperate and don't know where to turn to.

      I received an email that I was charged $19.99 and I checked my bank account and a charge was made. I asked the support team what this was for and asked for a refund. They still have not answered what app it was for and are refusing to refund me. I did not sign up for whatever app they are taking my money for, nor did I authorize a payment. My address in the pay statement is an old address- I no longer live there, so how could they have possibly charged the card without the correct billing address? That is another red flag.

      At this time, my complaint, ID ******** regarding Devroq Apps LLC has been resolved. They issued the refund I requested after I explicitly stated that I had no idea what app I was paying for. Thank you!

      This scam is taking money from my account every week and I simply can't afford it

      I signed up for an app and it stated the charge was $1.00 for feb 2-5 2023, after I paid I couldn't access the app so I cancelled it. I was charged 3 times and then on Feb 4, 2023 my card was billed for $19.99 after I canceled the service and received an email that my request to cancel was received.

      Ive tried to cancel my subscription with them Ive sent emails asking to cancel because I can not log in there is no log in the only way to contact us email. I asked to cancel and my refund

      They said that I would get a refund within 10 business days and its been well over 10 days . I also emailed them
