      Somehow there's been an account manufactured in my name they're taking money out of my account I would like it to stop and I'd like a refund for the two months that they've already taken. I've only uploaded one picture because I could not figure out how to get the other uploaded from my tablet.

      On 03/29/2023 I applied for a three day trail period. I it tells you after three days of the trail, they would take your membership money if not cancel. That very same day they took my money right away. I realize after checking my bank account, they stole my money. I sent them a email cause they dont answer the phone. Even after sending them a email they claim they dont have my email on file. But they do have my debit card information. Again today they keep taking my money for my bank. So now it twice theyre stealing from me. I told them the cancel my membership by email and they not paying me no mind.

      I bid on a misrepresented auction, with a false picture. It said tungsten ring but showed pictures of another ring, with a picture of authenticity papers for the pictured ring. The whole lot was mislabeled, with incorrect pictures, and they had to cancel and reschedule the whole auction. They did not, however, cancel any bids on the misrepresented items. I was unable to retract my bid, even though it was rescheduled and you should be able to retract up to two hours before the start. I paid $56 for an item I did not want, and the alternative (according to their site) is to pay a $45 restocking fee. I reached out via email Oct 31st, the day of the original auction, Nov 2nd, the day of the rescheduled auction, Nov 4th when I received an invoice, and Nov 5th, the last day I was expected to pay the invoice before I would be charged the restocking fee, and I called on Nov 2nd and 5th, and never got a response. My invoice number is #******** I want a refund. I do not want this ring or to support such a poorly run business

      charged me $20 per month from Nov 2021 to April 2022. They do not respond and never send password reset emails I've requested so I cannot cancel this unwanted subscription I did not know I was subscribed to. I would like my 5 months of unwarranted charged refunded, I've already had april 2022 refunded. Company does not respond. I am putting an ACH block from them on my account.

      Free trial for **********************, I've tried repeatedly to cancel it but whenever I try to reset my password I receive no email to do so. Their "contact" page has non-existent websites listed In their "email" section. Their phones ring to no end. They charge me $20 per month and I can't reach them to stop it.

      So I basically signed up for a free 3 day trail in August I canceled before I can be charged in August I never got charged at all in August then a month later here in September I am being charged as if I my account was never canceled I don’t know how they were able to do that but it is not right. You can charge someone a month later after I already canceled my subscription & was not charged in August for it. I wish they would answer their phone & refund me my money & delete all my personal info. I definitely do not trust them at all.

      Please provide your email address that you registered on our site with, and we will make sure you are canceled and refunded. Incidentally, you can always cancel your account using the link on the top right of the member section. Additionally, we would eb interested to know, when you contacted us and whether it was by email of phone because we have operators answering the phone during business hours and we respond to all emails.
