Hello, on January 12, I bought a 240 $ watch online from NY watch store. Com , , the order # ****** I tried at home didn't like it so I shipped it back to the store for a refund via **** tracking number # **** **** **** **** **** 91 on January 22 . It was successful delivered on Wednesday January 24, since that day am trying to get an email or a refund notification but they didn't send me my refund, I paid with a debit card not credit, when I contacted them they sent a mail with refund of , $ 00 and a wrong order # with this misleading and fraud information, I am trying to get help to get my refund pleaseCustomer response

On Oct. 7, 2021, I purchased a watch (Midsize Luminox Leatherback Sea Turtle Blackout Watch 0301.BO), after having owned two other Luminox watches in the past. It took a little over two weeks to arrive. After receiving the watch, it came with a dead battery, so, on top of having paid about $170 for the watch, I had to pay another $10 to have the watch battery replaced for it to even work. I didn't make a complaint that they'd didn't even bother to put a working battery in a nearly $200 watch. I started noticing the differences in quality compared to my previous Luminox watches when I wore it, then, after about a month, it completely stopped working. I filed a complaint with Top One via PayPal, and they're apparently using the fact that I had to have the dead battery switched out as a ploy to refuse to accept a return of the watch for a refund.Business response

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us. To this date we do not have a single email or phone call from the customer regarding any issue with the watch. Without any efforts to contact us to resolve, Customer simply disputed the payment for the item without any explanation or an attempt to return.
We offer a 90 day return policy on unused items and a 2 year warranty on used products. We will gladly work with the customer to have the watch serviced free of charge if needed. However customer refuses to communicate or even return the watch and simply wants a refund. Apparently customer goal is to keep the $170 watch and get a refund as well.
We have left a voice mail and messaged the customer through ****** and have not received a response.
